Version 1.0 — Last updated: August 04, 2026
BaliTrip.id is a marketplace platform that connects travelers with independent local tour and activity operators in Bali. Except where explicitly stated otherwise on a specific listing, BaliTrip.id is not the direct organizer or operator of the tours and activities offered on the platform — these are provided and carried out by independent third-party operators.
As a user of BaliTrip.id, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information; keep your account credentials secure; not use another person's account without authorization; not create fraudulent or bad-faith bookings; not misuse or attempt to circumvent the platform's systems; and comply with applicable Indonesian law.
BaliTrip.id reserves the right to: decline or cancel specific bookings; restrict or suspend accounts; deactivate accounts that violate these Terms; remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or violates these Terms; and take reasonable action against misuse of the platform.
Operators listed on BaliTrip.id agree to: provide accurate information about their activities; hold any licenses or permits required by applicable law; maintain reasonable safety standards for participants; fulfil confirmed booking schedules; and comply with applicable Indonesian law.
A booking submitted through BaliTrip.id is not final until confirmed by the relevant operator. Operators may decline a booking for reasonable cause (e.g. unavailability, capacity, weather conditions). Prices displayed are subject to change prior to a booking being confirmed.
At present, payment is arranged directly between the guest and the operator; BaliTrip.id does not process payment on the platform. Should BaliTrip.id introduce online payment processing in the future, the payment terms of this section will be updated accordingly without affecting the remainder of these Terms.
Cancellation and refund terms follow the policy of the individual operator, since payment is not currently processed through the platform. Should online payment become available in the future, BaliTrip.id may introduce its own platform-level cancellation and refund policy, which will be published separately.
Neither BaliTrip.id nor an operator shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, volcanic eruption, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government-ordered closure of tourist areas, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
BaliTrip.id facilitates the connection between guests and independent operators and undertakes reasonable efforts to verify operators registered on the platform. BaliTrip.id is not liable for the conduct, performance, or safety of activities carried out by independent operators, except to the extent any loss is shown to result from BaliTrip.id's own negligence, violation of law, or demonstrable fault. Users are encouraged to obtain appropriate personal travel insurance, particularly for higher-risk activities.
The BaliTrip.id name, logo, website design, content, and underlying software are the intellectual property of BaliTrip.id or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
BaliTrip.id reviews information submitted by operators before publication, but cannot guarantee that all listed information is at all times free of error or fully up to date. Users are encouraged to confirm important details directly with the operator before booking.
BaliTrip.id may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at any given time is the version in effect.
The collection and use of personal data in connection with your use of BaliTrip.id is further governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution in the following order: (1) good-faith consultation (musyawarah) between the parties; (2) mediation, where consultation does not resolve the matter; and (3) the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia, or such other mechanism as the parties may mutually agree.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are available in multiple languages. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between language versions, the English-language version shall govern, unless BaliTrip.id expressly designates otherwise in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
